That's right. MORE SNOW. Three days after we got 9-inches of snow, we got another 9-inches of snow. Quick math - 9 inches plus 9 inches makes 18 inches of snow on the ground! And this snow was wet and heavy. All the trees and bushes were pulled down by the weight of it, and this is what it looked like in our yard Monday morning:
Those branches that are touching our deck are usually well above our roof line! Luckily, we didn't lose power like many people in Kansas City, and we didn't have any big tree limbs come crashing down from the weight of the snow.
Sarah was fascinated by it...
