Sarah loves going to the store with us. Her absolute favorite place to visit is Costco. Seriously. The other night, Tom picked her up from school and took her out for a bit so I could clean the house. When we told her that she would get to go on an "adventure" with Daddy, she said, "I want to go to Costco!" Crazy kid.
If Costco isn't an option, she will happily settle for the grocery store. She likes Hy-Vee because she gets a cookie and (if we're lucky and can find one) she can ride in a race car shopping cart. She likes Trader Joe's because she gets samples and can push her own little shopping cart around the store. On our last two trips to Trader Joe's, however, Sarah has discovered a new reason to love the little shopping carts - she fits in them just right!
