June 27 - July 3
This week's big adventure was Sarah's first road trip! On Saturday, July 2, we loaded the family car full of diapers and extra changes of clothes and began the drive to Tom's hometown of Paris, Missouri. With only two extra stops on the 3-hour trip from KC to Paris, Sarah did a GREAT job! She was social and happy, and she wasn't fussy about missing naps or being passed from person to person. She had fun meeting new friends (like Savannah, who is just a few weeks younger than she is) and playing with old friends like Max and Miranda!
Sarah also got to spend some time with Grandpa David and Grandma Linda before we headed back home. They were amazed to see how much she had grown and how strong she had gotten since the last time they saw her!
