This weekend, Sarah and I got some time to ourselves. Tom was in Paris, visiting his mom, so Sarah and I got to enjoy the beautiful spring weather together!
On Saturday, we went to the lake with Grammie, Grandpa, and Uncle Adam. Sarah got to enjoy her new swing (of course she needs one at the lake!), take several walks around the "block," and rock out with a new music table. Oh. And she played with her water table. ALL. DAY. She was soaking wet and super dirty, but boy did she have fun!
On Sunday, Sarah participated in her first Easter egg hunt. Disclaimer: It was less of a "hunt" and more of a "fish in a barrel" type of situation - there were probably two hundred eggs on a patch of 15'x15' grass! At any rate, she had a great time once she figured out that you could shake the eggs and they made noise. Thanks to the kind folks at Atonement Lutheran Church for filling the eggs with things that rattle!!! She also enjoyed putting things in and taking things out...of the basket AND her mouth!
