Backyard Carnival

Today, Sarah had her first experience with cotton candy.  Our wonderful school librarian sent a bag home for her to try, and Sarah LOVED it!  She was a sticky icky mess, but boy did she have fun...

   

 

 

When she was all done, we hosed her off and let her play on the deck to get some of that sugar out of her system...

She's also really into climbing onto things right now.  Here she is climing up onto our patio chairs:

Here she is repeating that trick in our kitchen, then taking things one step further...

(Notice that she's figured out how to make her sippy cup into a travel mug!)
