I'm trying to be better braver about using my camera in manual mode. Even with an entire semester of high school photography, I'm no wizard of the f-stop! This morning, we had some portraits of Sarah taken by our friend Kayla over at Oliver Beckett Photography, and that inspired me to try my hand at a few pictures, too! I mean, Sarah WAS already in a dress...
I should totally quit my day job, right? :)
I think Sarah's favorite part of the photo shoot was the time she had to play on the playground.
My favorite part of the photo shoot was when my little monkey, who is always pointing and waving to her shadow, looked at the path and said, "Sarah's shadow and Mommy's shadow holding hands!" Melt my heart, baby...
