Sarah is getting really, really good at finding Easter eggs! This year, the Easter Bunny left eggs in the front yard (I guess he knew that Pickle likes to eat chocolate and would have helped herself to any eggs hidden in the backyard). And Sarah was all over them...
After the egg hunt at our house and some breakfast, we headed over to Grammie and PaPa's for Easter lunch. Uncle Adam and Aunt Megan were able to join us, too, so Sarah was in heaven. Oh. And also, there were more eggs to find in Grammie and PaPa's backyard...
The Easter Bunny made her work a little harder to find eggs here, though. Notice that the egg is in a tree?!?
Victory! She found them all!
We enjoyed a yummy lunch and then spent a lot of time soaking up some warm spring sun in the yard. I'm so glad we had a beautiful Easter this year, and Grammie and PaPa's yard was in full bloom!
We took a few family photos...
...and then headed home to recuperate from the excitement. And to eat some chocolate!
