I try to limit the amount of television we watch at home, but the girls have spent a lot of nights in front of the TV lately. For some reason, I can totally rationalize the need for them to see each and every Christmas special worth seeing. (This means that they've seen "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," "Frosty the Snowman," "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," and "A Charlie Brown Christmas.")
To be fair, we've also spent a lot of nights reading and playing on the floor in front of the Christmas tree, too! Sarah is VERY into reading Christmas books this year.
Kate shows polite interest in the stories, but then slowly wanders off...
Even Pickle has been enjoying spending time on the floor with us recently!
