We had plans to go to Paris this weekend to celebrate Christmas with Grandma Linda and Grandpa David. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans and dumped enough ice and snow on Paris that we decided to reschedule the trip for a less-wintry weekend.
The upside to this is that we were in town for a gingerbread house decorating party with the neighborhood kids!
The Talboys, the Bursons, the Lamberts and the Archers all got together at Eliza's house to play, snack, and consume as much sugar as we could before falling into a coma.
The girls got a little help from the moms - assembling those houses is HARD!
We relented and let the girls decorate, though. That's tough for four slightly OCD moms to do!
There may also have been some sampling going on...
Sarah was very proud of her house, and I'm so glad she got to play with the girls all morning!
