This year, we had a VERY laid back Mother's Day, but it was super special since it was my first Mother's Day as the mom of two amazing little girls! Everyone came over to admire Kate (and celebrate my fantastic accomplishments as a mother, I'm sure). We had a yummy dinner and then just spent time cuddling with my two favorite girls! Not a bad little way to celebrate being a mom...
My favorite gift this Mother's Day came from Sarah as I was tucking her in that night. She kissed my cheek and said, "That was a Mother's Day kiss. Now it's on your heart." Oh, Sarah. It IS on my heart!
