Grammie thought these meerkats lined up in the window were pretty funny.
I thought it was pretty funny that this was the guy they had posted as lookout! He was asleep the whole time we were there...
PaPa and Sarah fed the deer...
...then it was off to see those adorable little penguins! I love how close you can get to these guys.
We couldn't leave the zoo without a ride on the carousal! PaPa even joined in the fun!
As if that wasn't enough excitement, we also had everyone over for a belated birthday party for PaPa (we were celebrating his retirement on his actual birthday, so things got pushed back a few days!). Happy birthday - and retirement - PaPa!!!
